TWIN CITIES, Minn. (WJMC) — An air quality alert for northwest Wisconsin through this afternoon.
The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities says Canadian wildfire smoke is blanketing Barron, Burnett, Chippewa, Dunn, Douglas, Polk, Rusk, Sawyer, St. Croix and Washburn counties.
Air quality is unhealthy for sensitive groups. The alert ends at 3 p.m. this afternoon.
