BALSAM LAKE, Wis. (WJMC) — The ATV rider killed in a crash on Tuesday has been named.
Polk County Sheriff’s Office said 70-year-old John Smith, of rural Balsam Lake, was killed when his ATV struck a deer on 150th Avenue, southeast of Balsam Lake.
Smith died at the scene Tuesday afternoon.
