RICE LAKE, Wis. (NWN) — The Barron County Truck Show is today and tomorrow at the Barron County Fairgrounds in Rice Lake.
Proceeds from the event are used to benefit charitable causes and families facing difficult times. This year’s beneficiary is 39-year-old Deidra Meyer and her family of husband and two children. Meyer was diagnosed with brain cancer earlier this year and suffered a stroke requiring emergency surgery and seven weeks of hospitalization.

Tomorrow there is a community breakfast, vendor and craft sales, kids zone, the Kauffman Fall Truck Pull Bash, silent auction, live auction, and an evening light parade.
