Gov. Fishing Opener Family Fishing Day in Rice Lake

Travel Northwest Wisconsin is proud to present the Family Fishing Day, sponsored by Enbridge, as a part of the Wisconsin Governor’s Fishing Opener. The focus of this event is to inspire the next generation to get out and enjoy the great outdoors.

Families are welcome to come out to enjoy a fun day full of family entertainment, including “learn to fish” casting lessons, the DNR Fishmobile, Casting Contest, Obstacle Course for young children, Monty the Mammoth from the Ice Age Trail, games, giveaways, Shank n Shig BBQ food truck and more!
