MADISON, Wis. (WRN) — AAA is expecting more record-breaking travel numbers during the holiday period in Wisconsin this year.
Spokesperson Nick Jarmus says they don’t think any inclement weather will impact travel numbers
“We don’t think that’s going to keep people from making their trip, you know, they really want to make these holiday trips. It’s just going to be a reason for people to be extra cautious. They leave themselves extra time so that they can get where they’re going without taking risks endangering themselves or others,” Jarmus said.
AAA expects 1.6 million Wisconsinites to travel for the holidays this year.
