GREEN BAY, Wis. (WRN) — Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed is recovering after a frightening hit on Sunday.
Reed was catching a pass on the second play of the game when he was struck in the head on a tackle by Jets linebacker Demario Davis. Reed was taken off the field on a backboard and transported to a New Jersey hospital for observation. Reed posted to X that he was feeling better.
The team says there are no further updates on Reed’s condition nor a timetable for his return. Multiple Packers were injured in the 20-17 overtime win.
