MADISON, Wis. (NWN) — Seven DNR locations in Northern Wisconsin are not available for in-person service without appointment.
The Department of Natural Resources is reminding Wisconsinites that DNR locations in Cumberland, Hayward, Ladysmith and others in Antigo, Ashland, Park Falls, and Superior are field offices, and not available for in-person counter services.
Appointments with DNR staff can be scheduled through the DNR’s online Point of Contact Tool or by contacting the DNR’s information line from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. daily. Registrations can be purchased or renewed through online and mail-in options while licenses may be purchased through the Go Wild website.
Service centers in Spooner, Eau Claire, Rhinelander, Wausau, and Woodruff can also be utilized for in-person counter services.
