MADISON, Wis. (WRN) — Reacting to the fatal shooting by federal agents in Minneapolis of Wisconsin native Alex Pretti, Republican candidate for Wisconsin governor Tom Tiffany calls for a full investigation that includes Minnesota officials.
“We need to see the investigation in regards to this. These are situations that really need to be reviewed carefully, and I support a full investigation into what has happened. I support them investigating, but they should do it with the federal government,” Tiffany said.
In Madison on Monday, the 7th District Congressman said he hasn’t seen any videos of the incident. Pretti was a 2006 graduate from Preble High School in Green Bay.
