Todd Richter, 51, of Comstock, passed away on June 28.
He is survived by his wife, Demil Richter; sons, Jack Richter and John Richter; father, Merlin Richter; sister, Gwen Lamont; brothers, Matthew Richter and Eric Richter.
The memorial service for Todd Richter will be held at First Lutheran Church, in Cumberland, on Monday at 1 p.m.
Visitation is Sunday, from 4 until 7 p.m. and from 12 until 1 p.m. on Monday at the church.
