LADYSMITH, Wis. (NWN) — The City of Ladysmith is giving away three riverfront lots, free, to anyone who will build homes on the properties.
Applications are being taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful applications will require a developer agreement to build a home on the lot within 18 months, and with the property having a total assessed value of at least $175 thousand.
