BARRON, Wis. (WRN) — An Eau Claire man faces a 16th OWI charge.
71-year-old Bradley Armstrong was arrested on Sunday in Barron County. Officers allegedly found marijuana in Armstrong’s vehicle, and he failed field sobriety tests at the scene.
Armstrong’s drivers’ license had been revoked. He’s being held in the Barron County jail on a $5,000 cash bond.
