MADISON, Wis. (WRN) — Wisconsin teenagers can get rewarded for safe driving habits through the Safe Roads Challenge.

“Every time you drive using the app, it automatically tracks your driving habits. And after your trip, all you have to do is open the app. When you collect your trip, you get a score between 1 and 100 based on your driving habits. And it provides A detailed breakdown of the factors that contributed to your score,” said Children’s Wisconsin program coordinator Bria Thalacker.

Teen drivers make up 4.4% of Wisconsin’s licensed population, but they account for 10.8% of drivers in a crash.
