RICE LAKE, Wis. (WJMC) — Out of an abundance of caution for falling debris, barricades are blocking the sidewalk in the southeast corner of Newton and Main streets in Rice Lake.
City Building Inspector Bill Koepp said there was a crack in the corner building’s façade and there was concern a brick may be knocked loose and fall.
The façade was being inspected, and the property owners would be making decisions about repairs this week, Koepp said.
