Applicants to replace the Douglas County District Attorney are being sought by the governor.
Current district attorney Mark Fruehauf is stepping down, effective August 22, and Governor Tony Evers will appoint his replacement. The remaining term ends January 2029.
Applicants should apply online at evers.wi.gov no later than July 27.
