BIRCHWOOD, Wis. (WJMC) — A man has been arrested for arson, connected to a series of fires last year in the Sawyer County area.
Sheriff Doug Mrotek said 30-year-old Thomas L. Olson, of Birchwood, was arrested Friday morning. Authorities said a nearly year-long investigation looked into at least six fires over a ten-day period last November in the Radisson, Exeland, and Birchwood areas.
Olson was booked in the Sawyer County Jail on multiple counts of felony arson.
