CHETEK, Wis. (WJMC) — County Highway I, at the Hwy. 53 interchange in Chetek, is closed overnight today and tomorrow for bridge replacement work.
The Wisconsin DOT says County I under Highway 53 will be closed from 7 p.m. tonight, to 6 a.m. Wednesday, and 7 p.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday. Crews are preparing to replace the decks of the Hwwy 53 southbound overpass.
The on and off ramps from County I and Highway 53, and the Highway 53 overpass will remain open, with one-lane closures.
