MADISON, Wis. (WRN) — The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction wants to hear from you about the knowledge, skills, and experiences students should have when they graduate.
“We hear a lot about AI and the world that our students are entering is changing quickly. Kids today are learning differently and they’re preparing for a different future than the students even a few years ago. When you look at the Wisconsin portrait of a graduate, really the statewide effort to define what success looks like for students today,” said State Superintendent Dr. Jill Underly.
DPI was able to restructure its priorities, so no additional funding was needed for the initiative.
