Dr. Jerome “Jerry” Blachowiak, passed away on January 3.
The celebration of life and mass for Jerome Blachowiak will be held at St. Phillips Church, in Stone Lake, on Friday at 1 p.m., followed by a gathering at Pine Ridge, in Stone Lake.
Visitation is 12 until 1 p.m. on Friday at the church.
