BALSAM LAKE, Wis. (WRN) — The driver has been named who was killed in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 65 and 85th Avenue, west of Amery, on Tuesday morning.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Department named 18-year-old Marley J. Mickelsen, of Lino Lakes, Minnesota.
Mickelsen was driving east on 85th Avenue when he failed to stop at the intersection of Highway 65 and was struck by a southbound pickup. A driver and passenger in the pickup were injured.
