RICE LAKE, Wis. (WJMC) — EATS, Educational Assistance Through Scholarship, an annual fundraiser with UW Eau Claire Barron County, is this Saturday, from 6 until 9 p.m. at the campus in Rice Lake.
Throughout the halls and commons, more than 30 tables will have a variety of food and beverages to sample from guest chefs and cooks from local restaurants, caterers, bakers and food trucks, as well as distillers. Other events include raffles, and silent and live auctions, featuring local artwork, wood crafts, gift baskets and unique experiences.
Art by campus alumni will be for sale, including Chetek watercolorist, Patricia Mayhew Hamm. There will be a cash bar and live music.
Proceeds from the event support scholarships, professional development and campus initiatives. Tickets are $50 at the door. Advance tickets are $40, and available online through Friday, at blugolds.uwec.edu/EATS2026.
