ELK MOUND, Wis. (NWN) — A 24-year-old Elk Mound man was arrested by the state patrol for allegedly driving intoxicated with a child in his vehicle.
Troopers pulled over Thomas D. Hager on Thursday evening for seat belt and equipment violations. Following a field sobriety test, Hager was arrested on suspicion of OWI-first offense with a child under 16 in the vehicle.
He was booked in the Dunn County Jail with additional charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping.
