Ultimate Deer Hunt Contest Rules – 2025
Eligibility of Employees and Sponsors: All employees of AMC Partners, Rice Lake,
and related stations (WJMC 1240AM/96.5FM, Star 97.7FM, Sportstalk 1090AM/107.7FM, FOX
99.1FM WKFX), and associated Major Sponsors (Hauck Power Sports, Cumberland Boat
Storage Dock & Lift, Bush & Gilles Furniture, Diamond Designs by Bodis) and all their
immediate family members are not eligible to win.
1. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to participate and win the Grand
Prize (a 2025 Yamaha Kodiak 450 4×4 & Trailer package) and other prizes.
2. Taxes: All winners must pay any and all taxes, if any, as the result of winning any
contest.
3. Prize Eligibility Guidelines: Any person 18 or older is eligible to win any prize within
the following guidelines:
o Any prize value of $0 to $1,000.00 in retail value – eligible every 30 days.
o Any prize value of $1,001.00 – $4,999.00 in retail value – eligible every 6 months.
o Any prize value of $5,000.00 or more in retail value – eligible every 18 months.
4. Identification: The Grand Prize winner will be required to show proper identification to
take possession of this prize.
5. Prize Acceptance: The winner must accept the prizes offered and cannot exchange such
prizes for cash or other merchandise unless specified by AMC Partners, Rice Lake, and Major Sponsors.
6. Qualifying to Enter: Persons can qualify by registering at specified “Ultimate Deer Hunt” contest locations.
No purchase necessary to win.o There is a limit of one qualifier per household.
o All qualifiers will be invited to attend the “Ultimate Deer Hunt Finals Event
7. Finals Event Details:
o Location and Date: The Finals Event will be held on Saturday, December 6th,
2025, at Cedar Mall in Rice Lake, WI.
o Registration: All Qualifiers must register the day of the finals at Cedar Mall.
Registration will be from [Time TBD – Defaulting to 3:30 PM to 5:00
PM based on LTL Rules] only.
Qualifiers must bring the qualifier letter plus legal picture I.D. (Driver’s
License). A proxy can be sent with permission, but must bring the
qualifier letter and a driver’s license for identification.
Failure to arrive and registering by the deadline relinquishes qualifying
status.
o Prize Drawing Order: Prizes will be awarded as follows:
First, prize packages less than $600 in value will be drawn for and
awarded.
Next, the secondary prizes greater than $600 will be drawn for and
awarded (e.g., the $3,000 Shopping Spree, $2,000 in Jewelry Certificates).
Once all secondary prizes are awarded, all names go back into the tumbler.
Then, 10 Finalists will be drawn from all registered qualifiers in
attendance.
o Grand Prize Winner: Each Finalist will choose 1 of 10 keys and attempt to open
the Grand Prize Chest. The FIRST FINALIST’S KEY that opens the chest is the
Grand Prize Winner of the 2025 Yamaha Kodiak 450 4×4, Motor & Trailer
package.
o Must be Present to Win: The winner of any prize must be present to win.
8. Citizenship and Social Security: You must be a legal citizen of the United States and in
possession of a valid Social Security number to win any prize.
9. Grand Prize Possession: The Grand Prize winner will take possession of the 2025
Yamaha Kodiak 450 4×4 & Trailer package after the payment of all applicable taxes,
title and registration fees.
