Wisconsin Elks Association: US Constitution Scholarship Program 2026

The WEA U.S. Constitution contest is a test pertaining to our Constitution. Contestants are qualified through our local lodge test in which the student with the best score will move forward and represent our lodge at the State level on March 22,2026.

The Rice Lake Lodge #1441 will be holding the initial test on February 8th, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. If you know of a High School Senior interested in the opportunity
