A project to make repairs to Highway 53, north of Rice Lake will result in sporadic lane closures.
Starting Monday, March 31, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is doing finishing work to the median, pavement and applying pavement markings between 26th Avenue in Barron County, north to Pine Grove Road near Sarona.
The sporadic lane closures will run through May 31.
