MENOMONIE, Wis. (WJMC) — The motorcycle rider who died in a crash Tuesday has been named.
Dunn County Sheriff Kevin Bygd said the rider was 55-year-old Joseph Kadinger, of Eau Galle. Kadinger was riding south on 420th Street, between Downsville and Durand on Tuesday afternoon when he laid down his bike to avoid deer.
He was injured in the crash and airlifted to an Eau Claire hospital where he later died.
