Raymond Polanski, 94, of Bloomer, passed away on December 2.
He is survived by his daughter, Peggy Heward; and son, Robin Polanski.
The funeral service for Raymond Polanski will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, in Bloomer, on Monday at 11 a.m.
Visitation is from 9:30 until 11 a.m. on Monday at the church.
