The slumping Minnesota Vikings don’t have many more opportunities to rejuvenate their fading hopes for a second straight postseason berth. Minnesota has lost four of its last five games. The Vikings’ next shot to turn things around comes Sunday at Lambeau Field. The Vikings have won at Green Bay each of the last two seasons. A victory Sunday would give the Vikings three straight road wins over the Packers for the first time since 1991-93.

Kickoff at noon

(Green Bay, WI) — The NFL has moved the kickoff for the December 7th game between the Packers and Bears from noon to 3:25 pm. The game between Cincinnati and Buffalo was switched to noon to make room for the change. The Packers will play two games before that divisional matchup. They are six-and-a-half-point favorites for Sunday’s home game against the Minnesota Vikings.

(Madison, WI) — The Badgers will try to take down a ranked team for the second time this season when Illinois arrives at Camp Randall Stadium Saturday. Some are calling this game the “Bret Bielema Bowl” because the coach of the Illini previously coached Wisconsin. Yahoo Sports reports that the Badgers are a nine-and-a-half-point underdog for the game that has a 6:30 pm kickoff. Illinois is led on the field by quarterback Luke Altmyer, who is enjoying his most productive season.
