The Class of 2026 will be honored during the Badgers’ game at Camp Randall Stadium against Eastern Michigan. Gordon’s 2014 season ranks among the finest in history. Detroit Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin has requested a trade by submitting a three-team list of desired destinations, a person familiar with discussions confirmed to The Associated Press. The person spoke to the AP on the condition of anonymity because talks are private. The Detroit Free Press first reported the development earlier in the day. Larkin has a full no-trade clause as part of his contract, and his list was limited to being dealt to Vegas, Minnesota and Florida. He has five years left on an eight-year, $69.6 million contract, which carries an annual salary cap hit of $8.7 million.
(Oshkosh, WI) — After 14 successful seasons coaching women’s basketball at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Brad Fischer is looking to move up to a Division One job. Fischer is the winningest coach in school history with a 315-and-80 record. The Titans were 28-and-4 last season, advancing to the NCAA Division Three semifinals. A national search for a successor will get underway quickly.
