MADISON, Wis. (WRN) — As we near the end of June Dairy Month, remember Wisconsin is America’s Dairyland for a reason.
78th Alice in Dairyland Sarah Hagenow says the quality of Wisconsin cheese is unmatched.
“We have garnered over 7,600 awards for our cheese as of 2025, and I know that medal count is only increasing as the years continue on,” Hagenow said.
Hagenow says there’s no corner of the country that Wisconsin cheese doesn’t reach – Wisconsin made dairy products are in 99 percent of grocery stores nationwide.
