Diane (Schneider) Downs, 81, of Shell Lake, passed away on August 17.
She is survived by her sons, David, Dean and Dennis; sister, Sandra Schmitt and Marlene Schneider; and brother, Russell Schneider.
The Mass of Christian burial for Diane Downs will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Shell Lake, on Saturday at 11 a.m., with a small family interment ceremony at Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, in Spooner on Monday at 11 a.m.
Visitation is 9:30 until 11 a.m. on Saturday at the church.
