NorthwestNow.Net and the Rice Lake Armada Media Company radio stations aims to honor the wishes of the deceased and their family. Therefore we only accept verifiable funeral announcements from funeral homes and crematory services, or family members of the deceased. No other sources will be accepted.

Funeral announcements are aired for four days, up to and including the day of the service. If there is no service date, the announcement will be aired for four days within a week of receipt. There is no fee for announcements.

Information may include the deceased’s name, age, town of current/former residence, date of death, immediate family survivors (aired only on AM1240/96.5FM) and time, date and location of services, visitations and/or burials. Please specify the city with the service location (i.e. there are many St. Joseph Churches in the area). Include name pronunciation keys if helpful. Photos may be provided to use with the announcements posted to NortwestNow.Net.

To submit an announcement, email with the announcement. If you are not a funeral home or crematory service, provide your family relationship to the deceased, your contact information and any info or links to help us verify the announcement (links to funeral home announcements, published newspaper obits, etc.).
