JoAnn Forward, 81, of Sarona, passed away on September 27.
She is survived by her son, Eric Forward; and sisters, Darlene Martinson and Mary Fromenthal.
The funeral service for JoAnn Forward will be held at Long Lake Lutheran Church, in Sarona, on Thursday at 11 a.m.
Visitation is from 10 until 11 a.m. on Thursday at the church.
