TREGO, Wis. (NWN) — A speeding driver faces his fifth OWI arrest after a traffic stop on Highway 53 in Trego.
The state patrol said 31-year-old Dakota D. Ellithorpe, of Shell Lake, was pulled over for speeding Saturday afternoon and the trooper saw signs of intoxication. Following a field sobriety test and blood draw, Ellithorpe was booked in the Washburn County Jail with charges of OWI-fifth offense, operating while revoked, bail jumping and speeding.
