ELK MOUND, Wis. (WJMC) — The victim has been named of the fatal house fire in Elk Mound last week.
Dunn County Sheriff Kevin Bygd said 81-year-old Patricia L. Meyer was killed in a house fire reported just before 1 p.m. on Thursday. She had mobility issues and was not able to exit the home and emergency responders and passersby were not able to enter the home due to the smoke and flames.
