RICE LAKE, Wis. (WJMC) — WJMC, WKFX and WAQE in Rice Lake are now carrying Fox News Radio for national news broadcasts.
The live news broadcasts air at the top of the hour weekday early mornings on all stations, along with noon and 5 p.m. on WJMC FM and every hour on WJMC AM.
The switch to Fox News Radio comes as CBS News Radio announced it is ending on May 22, due to “challenging economic realities,” and shifting strategies for CBS. Their broadcasts operated for nearly 100 years, with the Rice Lake radio stations carrying the newscasts for the last 10-plus years.
