SHELL LAKE, Wis. (NWN) — A driver is dead after a rear-end crash near Shell Lake on Wednesday morning.
The State Patrol said a 2001 Buick Park Avenue was driving north on Highway 63 when it struck the rear of a semi truck and trailer. The semi had stopped to turn left at County Highway J. The Buick driver was extricated and aid given, but died at the scene.
The driver was not identified at this time by the state patrol.
