MADISON, Wis. (WRN) — President Donald Trump makes an endorsement in Wisconsin’s Supreme Court race.
In a Friday post on his social media platform Truth Social, the president urged Wisconsinites to vote early absentee for Brad Schimmel. Schimmel said that amounts to an endorsement from the president.
The conservative Waukesha County Court judge faces liberal Dane County judge Susan Crawford in the April 1 election, which will determine the ideological make up of the state Supreme Court. Liberals on the court currently hold a 4 to 3 majority.
