CHETEK, Wis. (WJMC) — A Chetek man injured in a serious chainsaw accident has died, according to his family.
53-year-old Jeff Ladd, a longtime Cameron High School ag teacher, was injured the morning of July 25 in a chainsaw accident near Chetek and was airlifted to a hospital in Eau Claire.
On a GoFundMe page and on social media, family members said Ladd passed away on Saturday from complications from his injuries. The family said a celebration of life for Ladd will be held at a later date.
