Fischer, Pelle, Bowman, Puthoff elected to Rice Lake City Council

RICE LAKE, Wis. (WJMC) — Four write-in candidates are new members of the Rice Lake City Council.

They are Abbey Fischer, District 1; Eric Pelle, District 2; Steve Bowman, District 3; and David Puthoff, District 4.

The District 1 and District 2 elections were opposed, with Dutch Beckett also running as a registered write-in candidate in District 1, and incumbent Gina Sookiayak running as a registered write-in candidate in District 2. Bowman and Puthoff ran largely unopposed in their respective districts, with no opposing registered write-ins.

Results are unofficial until certified by the local board of canvas.
