BARRON, Wis. (WRN) — While visiting Barron last week and asked about the NFL Draft, Gov. Tony Evers said he didn’t have any picks himself.

“I’m going to be there for a little bit so I’ll be able to watch it. But I hope it goes well for the Packers. That’s my only concern,” Evers said.

Green Bay hosts this year’s draft, Thursday through Saturday.

Coverage of the event can be heard on WJMC AM1240 and 96.5 FM, on Thursday and Friday, 6 through 11 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. through 4 p.m.
