GREEN BAY, Wis. (WRN) — A very special group of Packers fans from Japan get the spotlight in an upcoming documentary.
A new documentary heading to Wisconsin theatres next month highlights an unlikely group of Cheeseheads. Ty Morse, a producer of “No Packers, No Life”, tells Fox 6 he found a group of Packer Backers in Tokyo with the magic words known to every fan at Lambeau: Go Pack Go.
“They’re watching these games like we do here, but it’s 1 or 2 in the morning!” Morse said.
Morse and his team helped the fans take their first trip to Green Bay, and the movie documents their trip to see their beloved Packers. “No Packers No Life” premieres next month in Waukesha and will air at Marcus theatres.
