LADYSMITH, Wis. (WJMC) — It’s the first day of the Rusk County Fair.

This morning, judging entries for dogs, cats, swine and exotic animals. Lego time is from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. This afternoon, judging for sheep and goats and beef. Grandpa Cratchet will be entertaining on Action Alley. Lego car racing is at 6 p.m. and the dairy clipping contest is at 7 p.m.

4-D Barrel racing this afternoon. Expos from 3 until 5:30 p.m., with peewees at 6 p.m., followed by open and youth racing.

Daily admission is $8 for adults and kids 7 and older, with weekend admission $20 dollars.
