RICE LAKE, Wis. (WJMC) — Motorists, watch out for kids and families out trick-or-treating this Halloween. In the city of Rice Lake, trick-or-treating hours are 5 until 8 p.m.
Rice Lake Police also remind residents that winter parking restrictions begin Saturday, Nov. 1. This ordinance restricts any vehicle from parking on any city street in Rice Lake between 2 and 6 a.m., through April 1. The parking restriction helps plows clear snow from roads. Vehicles that violate the winter parking ban are subject to a $25 citation.
