WASHINGTON, D.C. (WRN) — US Senator Tammy Baldwin would support a Senate vote to release records related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The Wisconsin Democrat says the house vote in favor of the release didn’t even need to happen.
“We should remind folks that the president could order the release of these files on his own. We don’t have to go through these series of votes,” Baldwin said.
Baldwin says President Donald Trump has until a few days ago done everything in his power to prevent the release of the files.
