WASHINGTON, D.C. (WRN) — US Senator Tammy Baldwin is demanding the removal of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
Speaking on Tuesday, the Wisconsin Democrat says Noem has done nothing but sow chaos as her agents killed two protestors in Minneapolis this month.
“She has blatantly lied to the American people, telling them not to believe their own eyes. She is overseeing total and utter chaos in our country, putting more American lives at risk every day. And that is why she has to go,” Baldwin said.
Baldwin also signaled a no vote on a pending budget bill in the Senate, saying she won’t approve any bill that doesn’t put major reforms on ICE and DHS.
