MADISON, Wis. (WRN) — If your budget is looking tight this holiday season, the Better Business Bureau has some tips to stretch your dollars.
Spokesperson Lisa Schiller says Thanksgiving dinner doesn’t have to be stressful on your budget.
“Check your pantry first, of course. Consider a potluck style meal that can share costs with guests as well. You know, sometimes families have everyone bring in a dish to pass.”
You should also consider saving now if you’re looking to get any big ticket items for Christmas. As always, look for sales and shop around heading into the holiday.
