BALSAM LAKE, Wis. (WRN) — A fire damaged Faith Lutheran Church in Balsam Lake early Sunday morning.
Reports said the fire was discovered around 3:20 a.m. on Sunday, with flames coming from the south side and bell tower of the church. No one was injured. Fire Chief Tom Mabry told local media the building was not a total loss, but costs to repair would likely be expensive, with smoke and water damage to the building.
The cause of the fire is not known at this time, but officials said it was not suspicious in nature.
