MADISON, Wis. (WRN) — The American Red Cross needs Wisconsin disaster volunteers, and Regional Communications Manager Laura McGuire says that’s particularly true in northwest Wisconsin.
“One of our biggest needs is up in Northwest Wisconsin and all the small communities. The need for, like home fires have really been increasing and just really getting volunteers engaged is a little bit tough,” McGuire said.
