SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. (WRN) — As the weather begins warming up, some folks in the Upper Midwest may be thinking about plans to build a dream home this year.
There are a lot of things to consider, especially for those who live in rural areas. Steve Leffew is a loan officer at Compeer Home and says there is a live webinar this Wednesday at 1 P-M that will provide an introductory guide to the process.
“There is something special about building your dream home. I’ve just done it myself in 2025. I’ve been on both sides of the table. To be able to design every element of the home versus being stuck with what someone decided to do 50 years ago. It is incredible,” Leffew said.
