MADISON, Wis. (WRN) — The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is looking for volunteers to teach hunter education.
Outdoor Skills Trainer Kayla Sasse says Wisconsin has a proud history of volunteer hunting teachers.
“Hunter has been going on for over 50 years now in Wisconsin. We have a couple thousand volunteer instructors across the state that run hundreds of classes every year. Our volunteers do great work, they’re really integral parts of their community,” said Sasse.
More information on volunteering can be found on the DNR website.
